Why did you enter Miss Capricorn Pageant 2025/26?

Miss Capricorn Terms and Conditions

1.  Privacy Consent: 
We respect your privacy under the POPI Act effective from July 1, 2021. By participating, you consent to sharing your information, including pictures, name, surname, on our platforms.

2. Entry and Eligibility:
a. Entries for the Miss Capricorn 2026/7 Competition will close on the 16th June 2026.
b. Contestants must be either born in the Limpopo province or reside in Limpopo to be eligible to participate.
c. Contestants must be of the right age by the 5th of December 2026
d. The entry fee is R500.
e. Entries must include proof of payment of the entry fee. Entries without proof of payment will be ignored.

3. Semi-finalists:
a. All participants that will be selected as Semi-finalists must attend the semi-finalist Online Interviews. Date to be confirmed.
c. Outfit for semi-finalist Interview and the Photoshoot: 
1x Any White Outfit (Interviews) 
d. Contestants in the Miss Teen (14-17) and the Miss (18 to 28) category must have never given birth or be pregnant at the time of entry.

4. Finalist Selection and Responsibilities:
a. Finalists will receive their finalist sashes.

5. Sponsorship Fee And Charity Work:
a. Each Semi-finalist is required to raise a sponsorship/production fee of R2500, which is non-refundable. This amount is used to cover the costs of running the development program, providing training and upskilling for contestants as well as operational, event costs and production costs.
N.B: R500 from the sponsorship fee goes towards the community or charity project organized by Miss Capricorn.
The sponsorship fee is non-refundable.
b. Donation forms will be provided to the contestants upon request.
c. Sponsorship fee and Charity work fee payments can be paid in installments. To make the process convenient, payments can be divided into monthly installments.The final day for payments is 30 July 2026.
d) Please note all the Miss Capricorn pageant fees are non-refundable

6. Main Event:
a. Each contestant must sell 5 tickets for the main event, priced at R500 each. Ticket sales are non-refundable.
b. The date and venue for the main event will be Bolivia Lodge Polokwane.
c. The overall Cash price is R30 000 alongside other amazing prizes.

7. Dropping Out and Disqualification:
a. Should a contestant drop out or be disqualified from the competition for any reason whatsoever, they are still liable to pay the sponsorship fee and ticket sales.
b. Entry fees, sponsorship/production fees, and ticket sales are non-refundable.
c. Winners of Miss Capricorn are required to engage in community/charity work.
d. Miss Capricorn Organization holds the right to disqualify any contestant who does not adhere to the terms and conditions.

8. General Provisions:
a. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any contestant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
b. Participation in the competition implies consent for the use of contestant’s images and likeness for promotional purposes.
c. Miss Capricorn Organization holds the rights to make changes to the dates or any other important details as it deems necessary, and such changes will be communicated to the contestants in a timely manner.

By submitting this entry form, the contestant agrees to the terms and conditions. If the contestant is below 18 years old, the parent or legal guardian also agrees to the terms and conditions on behalf of the contestant.
